Thom Doyle

Kerdan’s Managing Partner and a co-founder, Thom helps asset leaders develop ‘best answer’ solutions to their most challenging late stage development issues. Thom’s recent projects include; Helped the leaders of a joint venture team craft a best-in-class PIII program for a novel metabolics asset. Worked with the leaders of a blockbuster oncology drug to plan for biomarker wars with their current and future competitors. Supported the inflammation therapeutic area to improve their decision-making approach for PI to PIII assets.

Thom started his career in Monitor Company’s marketing strategy practice (SMR) where he helped to found its European branch. Thom holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to Kerdan, Thom founded Intelligex, Inc., a research provider, where he led all technology, marketing and product development. Thom lives in Cambridge, MA with his wife, Summer, and son, River.

Matt Hall

A Kerdan co-founder, Matt helps pharma and device leaders overcome their most critical strategic and organizational issues. He is passionate about forming “thought partner” relationships with clients. Matt’s experience prior to Kerdan included M&A, running an information company based in Seoul, Korea, and strategy consulting at Bain & Company. In addition to the US, Matt has worked extensively in the UK, Japan, Korea, and South Africa. Matt graduated from Williams College and now lives in Cambridge, MA with his wife Kristin and sons Max and Charlie.
